Attention ! La diarhée peut être dangereuse pour votre lapin si vous ne traitez pas à temps , surtout si votre lapin est jeune , moins de trois mois .

En cas de diarhée légère : mettre le lapin à la diète : foin et eau pendant une journée ou deux , puis réintégréer petit à petit la nourriture (granulés ...) si votre lapin va mieux . Utiliser de l'intestinet (régulateur digestif ), sur 3 ou 4 jours .

Il est conseillé de donner de l'intestinet au moins une fois par mois pour éviter les problèmes digestifs ( sur  3jours ) .

Si la diahrée persiste , consultez le vétérinaire qui lui administrera un antibiotique . On peut aussi mettre un peu de sel dans l'eau . Il faut surtout , dans ce cas que le lapin boive car il se déshydrtate très vite , ce qui entraînerait la mort en quelques heures .

En cas de constipation ,vérifiez la quantité d'eau disponible, supprimez les aliments préparés et donnez éventuellement une cuillèrée d'huile de lin .
